Fees and Session Times from 1st April 2013

  • Fees include breakfast, baby formula, mid-session snacks, eco-friendly nappies, organic milk, drinks and peripatetic lessons.
  • Optional Hot Lunch £2.30 and Tea at £1.40 pppd
  • Fee rates change on child’s birthday, not when they move group/room.
  • Places are all year round for 51 weeks per year (closed standard Bank Holidays & Christmas week)
  • Fees are due for all other absences
  • Any non-standard sessions may be charged at an individual rate
  • Hopscotch reserves the right to increase fees with one month’s notice given

Early Years Educational Entitlement (EYEE)

3 and 4 year old children (applicable from the term after the child’s 3rd birthday) are entitled to the EYEE which gives them 15 hours free nursery care for 38 weeks per year spread over 3 terms. Rates are dependent on location of nursery and not child’s home address.

Sessions are subject to availability and eligibility during funded term time only.

These free hours can be taken up as follows:

Monday – Friday 8.00-11.00 (3 hours)

Monday – Friday 2.30-5.30 (3 hours)

Extra hours attended by the children are charged per sessional rate as follows:

Monday – Friday 8.00am-12.30pm, you pay £9.18 + 3 hours EYEE

Monday – Friday 1.30pm-5.30pm, you pay £8.68 + 3 hours EYEE

Monday – Friday 8.00am-5.30pm, you pay £17.86 + 6 hours EYEE

Monday – Friday 8.00am-3.00pm, you pay £18.98 + 3 hours EYEE
