Hopscotch team members have a range of qualifications and experience including Early Years Teachers, Early Years Professional Status, NVQ 4, NVQ 3 and NVQ 2, and are chosen because they are enthusiastic and knowledgeable.

Hopscotch uses a Keyband system where staff work as a team and form relationships with the children in their care, catering for each child¡¦s individual needs. Staff praise and encourage children¡¦s efforts and provide a role model from which children learn to respect and value each other.
