Hopscotch Nurseries Coronavirus Update 13th May 2020

Posted on by Caroline Oliver

Dear Hopscotch Parents and Carers,

As you will be aware, on Sunday evening the Prime Minister set out the Government’s plans to ease the existing lockdown restrictions. Although we do not yet have a green light to reopen, we are closely monitoring the situation and are currently planning for a conditional reopening date of 1 June (based on Government permission). We are optimistic that we will be in a good position to reopen promptly and in an orderly fashion by this date. We will be sharing our plans with you in the coming weeks with a view to ensuring everyone’s transition back to nursery life is as seamless as possible. In addition, our Nursery Managers will be making contact with you soon to discuss plans in more details.

We recognise that some of you will have experienced significant changes to your personal or employment situations. We will aim to be as flexible and supportive as the situation allows as we realise these are challenging times and a huge amount of uncertainty remains. To assist with our planning, please help us understand your expected childcare requirements by completing this short anonymous survey: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/MFVCCPY

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our Head Office team via office@hopscotch.uk.com or the usual office phone number 01273 385577 although please bear in mind we continue to operate with a skeleton staff who are working remotely so we may not always be as responsive as our full team would allow.

Best regards,

Hopscotch Head Office
