We are fundraising for The Real Junk Food Project!!

Posted on by Amelia Love

You may remember that last year we supported a fantastic local organisation, The Real Junk Food Project (Brighton), whose objective is to use food which might otherwise be wasted to help feed those in need. We would love to support this cause once again this year in any way we can!

From the 15th November to the 17th December we are encouraging donations of non-perishable foods such as pasta, rice, jars of sauces and tinned food. We will be placing plastic bins outside the nurseries at drop-off and collection times to collect donations.

Additionally, we are planning to collect financial donations for the project. If anyone would like to make a donation you can do so here. And, like last year, Hopscotch commits to exactly match all monetary donations made by our Hopscotch parents, carers and staff!

Monies collected by Friday 17th December will be matched and donated to the Real Junk Food Project  hopefully to help those in need ahead of the upcoming Christmas period.
