We always act respectfully, professionally and politely to everyone - children, parents and colleagues. All families and all staff, whether apprentices, managers or office staff, are treated with the same equal respect as we would expect to be treated ourselves.

We have an open door policy – staff, and line managers in particular, should be approachable and supportive, whatever the issue we are here to help - concerns, questions, or suggestions can be raised without worry or judgement, whether this is children, parents or colleagues.

We have over 35 years experience providing childcare to the families of Brighton & Hove and East Sussex. We draw on this every day and put the needs and interests of our children first.

We remain an independent and family owned business. We are not run by an opaque profit-driven national corporation but by real people whose children go to our nurseries and who have the best interests of children at heart, working tirelessly in our nurseries every day.
