Art Comes Alive at Hopscotch Holiday Club

What happens when you give children a blank canvas, two brilliant local artists, and a garage ready for a glow-up?

Something pretty special.

At our most recent Hopscotch Holiday Club, we welcomed the wonderfully creative team behind Art Believe, who generously gave their time to transform the school’s new Art Garage into a bright, welcoming space - full of colour, shapes, and imagination.

As the murals came to life, so did the children’s curiosity. They gathered round to watch the artwork unfold, chatting about what they could see and what it reminded them of.

Just across the way, we set up a special art table where the children could get creative themselves - and they did, with plenty of focus and flair. The end results were thoughtful, colourful, and proudly shown off to friends and staff alike.

A Moment to Create and Feel Proud

There was a lovely energy to the day - full of quiet concentration, shared ideas, and that little glow of pride you get from making something all your own. For us, it’s exactly what Holiday Club is about: giving children the time and space to explore, create, and just enjoy being themselves.
