Hopscotch Worthing rated ‘Strong’ by Ofsted

We’re really proud to share some news from our Worthing nursery.

Following an Ofsted inspection in March 2026, Hopscotch Worthing has been rated ‘Strong’ across all areas under the new framework. This is the first inspection since the nursery became part of the Hopscotch family in 2023.

‘Strong’ is one of the highest ratings available and reflects consistent, high-quality experiences for children.

The report recognises the progress the team has made, along with the calm, caring environment they create each day. It highlights how children feel settled and secure, and how teaching supports each child’s individual development.

Ofsted also noted the kindness and empathy shown by children, and the strong support in place for all children, including those with additional needs.

This result reflects the work of the team, as well as the support of families who are part of the nursery community.
