Peacehaven Team Take the Leap for Charity

When it comes to going the extra mile (or in this case, the extra few metres down a cliff), our Peacehaven team never shy away from a challenge.
Over the weekend, two amazing members of our Hopscotch Peacehaven family - Emma and Bec - took on the incredible task of abseiling down Peacehaven Cliffs to raise money for Amaze, our charity of the year. Amaze supports families of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) across Sussex - a cause that’s close to all of our hearts.
Thanks to generous support from our Hopscotch families, friends and local community, the pair raised a fantastic £220. Every penny will help Amaze continue their important work supporting families who need it most.
And in true Hopscotch spirit… Bec didn’t stop at one go - she was so calm and collected, she did it twice!
A Moment of Pride (and a Few Nerves)
It wasn’t just about the fundraising - although we’re so grateful for every single donation. It was also about showing what makes our Peacehaven nursery so special: teamwork, quiet courage, and a whole lot of heart.
We’re incredibly proud of Emma and Bec for stepping outside their comfort zones - and for inspiring the children (and us grown-ups too) with their bravery and care.
Still Time to Cheer Them On
